About the recruitment process
We base our work on a recruitment concept that has proved its worth numerous times over the years
Central to the process is an action plan that describes in detail the stages the client and we go through. The action plan describes who is doing what and when.
Before we get that far, however, we normally do a preliminary analysis with the client. At this stage we develop together with the client a detailed description of thecompany as well as the work-related functions in question for the new employee. The purpose of this description is to make sure that the task is well-specified and agreed upon by both client and us. But it also serves as the basis for the development of a detailed description of the position and the profile of the ideal candidate for the position.
When we worked out this profile, we discuss it with the immediate boss of the future employee. During this discussion our focus is on the content of the position and the qualifications, skills and personality of the ideal applicant for the position.
Often the preliminary analysis will also include a number of interviews with the colleagues of the new employee. It is our experience that this gives a more complete picture of the demands, expectations and working conditions of the company - and a picture that is extremely relevant to the success of a coming employee.
Of course the company is kept informed of the current status throughout the recruitment process, as it is described in the action plan.
